Beer and music. Now there’s a match made in Germany. We’re paying homage with this Kolsch that is German inspired but Appalachian made. We start with the freshest local barley before the cool ferment with a famous Kolsch yeast strain. Finally, we age it cold.

This one is easy on the hops for a perfectly balanced crusher bier to accompany a daytime melody, or a moonlight sonata. Prost!
