Cool Ridge Lager

Cool Ridge Lager is one of Weathered Ground Brewery’s flagship brands.  This Pale Lager is brewed to have a refreshing and crisp flavor.

Haggard

IPA brewed with heaps of late addition El Dorado hops. Brewed with simplicity but there’s nothing simple about the flavor in this more juicy IPA.

Stop & Smell The Citrus

Heavy citrus aroma with creamy mouthfeel. Big tropical fruit flavor courtesy of hops like Jarrylo, Citra and Mosaic.

#camplife

#camplife is our American Pale Ale full of oats and Azacca hops. Named after all the good times spent playing cards in the camper at the brewery.

Ada (Bourbon Barrel Aged)

Bourbon Barrel Aged variant of Ada — Big, bold, roasty. Traditionally brewed WITHOUT the use of adjuncts such as chocolate, vanilla, coffee, etc. Named after founders Sam and Aryn’s 2nd child, Ada.

Lay of the Land

A rustic ale brewed in collaboration with Fonta Flora Brewery. Utilizes regional barley, rye and buckwheat malted in NC, aged in Hawk Knob Cider barrels, and finished with Moonstruck Maple Syrup.

Emergence

Our first bottle conditioned Saison offering, brewed in collaboration with artist Heidi Geist for the 48 Beer Project. A Saison made with love and patience. Artwork inspired by an intense ice storm during Heidi’s stay in Cool Ridge.

Weathered Ground Brewery has been proud to collaborate with friends in the craft beer industry from WV to NC.  We also pride ourselves in sourcing as many local ingredients as we can, from Appalachian malted barley or hops to bourbon and cider barrels for aging.
